I actually lost my wallet twice in the first few months of my studies... Talk about bad luck. But both times, I actually got my wallet back without losing anything! The first time, someone saw my student ID and took the wallet to RSU. The second time I had dropped it into a bolt taxi, and the driver called me after and gave it back.
There are many ways you can lose your ID and it's actually quite inconvenient.
Requesting a new one happens through Student Services. You should go to the RSU main building, that's where the Student Services office is.
In front of the door, there is a machine that gives you a waiting number for an appointment in the office. You should wait outside, and the TV will show your number once it's your turn to go inside.
Inside, you can explain your situation and they will order a new student ID for you.
The working hours of the Student Services are:
Mon–Thu: 9:00–17:00
Fri: 9:00–16:00
